Welcome to Houston Airbnb Photographer. By booking a photo shoot or engaging in any services offered by our business, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking and Payment Policy

• A 50% deposit is required to secure a photo shoot booking.

• This deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving your invoice to confirm your time slot.

• Failure to pay within the specified time may result in the loss of your requested date.

• The remaining balance is due on the day of the scheduled shoot.

• Deposits are non-refundable.

Please note: Bookings without a deposit are not considered confirmed.

2. Refund & Rescheduling Policy

• All deposits are non-refundable.

• In the event of a cancellation, reschedule, or no-show, the deposit will not be returned.

• Clients may reschedule once without penalty if notice is given at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot.

• Reschedules within 48 hours of the shoot may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit, at our discretion.

3. Property Access & Session Timing

• Clients must provide all access information (gate codes, door codes, entry instructions) at the time of booking.

• If no one will be present at the property, clear instructions must be given in advance.

• Your space must be 100% photo-ready at the photographer’s arrival time.

• Once the session begins, we kindly ask for no rearranging or hands-on adjustments—this ensures we stay on schedule and preserve your session time.

• Last-minute changes or reshoots will reduce your allocated time and may incur additional charges.

4. Property Preparation Requirements

To ensure the best results, please prepare your property as if a guest were about to arrive:

• The property must be clean, fully staged, and decorated

• All lights turned on and working

• Beds neatly made, like a luxury suite 

• Dining table staged with dinnerware and wine glasses, if available.

• Coffee/tea station styled with machine and pods neatly arranged

• TV and appliance cables hidden if possible

• Outdoor areas staged, including umbrellas and seating zones

• Recreation areas (pool tables, ping pong, putt-putt, etc.) fully set up

• Greenery placed in bathrooms and living spaces (plants, florals, etc.)

Need help with greenery or decor? We partner with The Branch Design Group for high-end artificial trees, florals, and green installations. Ask us about this service at the time of booking.

If staging services are needed, please notify us during booking so we can coordinate in advance.

5. Model Use & Portrait Sessions

• Models are not required for your shoot.

• If you plan to include people in your images, this becomes a portrait session, which is priced separately.

• Please let us know during booking if you plan to include models so we can plan accordingly.

6. Turnaround Time

• Edited photos will be delivered within 3–5 business days from the shoot date unless otherwise discussed.

• Rush delivery may be available upon request for an additional fee.

7. Image Use & Licensing

• You are granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered images to market your Airbnb or short-term rental listings.

• Images may not be resold, altered, or redistributed to third parties without written consent.

• Houston Airbnb Photographer retains the rights to use photos for marketing and promotional purposes, unless the client submits a written request to opt out before the shoot.

8. Weather, Travel & Accessibility

• In cases of inclement weather or inaccessibility at the scheduled time, we will work with you to reschedule as soon as possible.

• Rescheduling due to weather does not incur a fee; however, additional travel or time-related costs may apply in some cases.
